Length of time paddling - 10 years in outrigging/13years as a dragon boater. All up 13 years paddling.

* Represented Australia Outrigging long distance open womens crew in Tahiti 2017 ( silver medallist)

* Represented Australia Outrigging sprints open women's crew in Tahiti 2018 (Bronze Medalist)

* Represented in world's club crews for Outrigging in 2018 Tahiti

* Represented Qld Dragon boating teams in Open Womens and mixed crews 2015/ 2016 and Masters mixed and masters womens 2023/2024

* Represented World club crews for Dragon boating
