On Water

LOCATION: For those on the Gold Coast - 5 mornings on the water at Burleigh Heads , for those out of state - 5 weekly solo sessions.

Strength and Conditioning

All team members are required to participate in a min of 4 strength and conditioning or crossfit sessions per week.
